Billing & Stripe Secure Payments
TheraScope is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for therapy practice management and AI-assisted workflows. All paid transactions are securely managed by Stripe as the payment processor.
- Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the selected plan and plan terms shown at checkout.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. TheraScope never stores your credit card details.
- No physical goods are sold, shipped, or delivered. Access to services is provided digitally through your TheraScope account.
Easy Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your paid plan at any time. We do not impose early termination penalties beyond charges already incurred.
- You can cancel any time from Workspace settings or the self-service Stripe billing portal.
- Upon cancellation, your premium access continues uninterrupted until the end of your current billing period.
- No future recurring charges will be made to your account after cancellation is complete.
14-Day Refund Review
TheraScope supports clear refund review practices for qualifying accounts.
- New paid subscriptions may be reviewed for refund relief if requested within 14 days of the initial charge.
- Recurring renewals and partially used billing periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
- To request a refund review or resolve any billing issues, please email our support team directly before initiating a bank dispute.
Practitioner & Legal Responsibility
TheraScope is a support tool for clinicians and therapy practices, not a substitute for professional judgment.
- Clinicians retain full professional and legal responsibility for patient records, documentation quality, and care-related decisions.
- TheraScope and its AI assistant generate suggestions and templates only; they do not provide medical, mental health, legal, or compliance advice.
- You are responsible for obtaining appropriate client consent, maintaining privacy practices, and complying with applicable local law.
Data Portability & Ownership
You retain ownership of your clinical and business data.
- You retain 100% ownership of all patient files, notes, templates, and billing records entered into TheraScope.
- Export your clinical data, patient records, and session notes in standard structured formats at any time.
- TheraScope uses security and encryption practices, including TLS for data in transit and AES-256-GCM for sensitive data at rest, where technically implemented.
